Dr. Manoj Kumar Dutta obtained his B.Sc.(Hons) in Physics, M.Sc in Electronic Science and M.Tech in Radio Physics & Electronics from University of Calcutta in the year 1998, 2000 & 2002 respectively. He obtained his Ph.D degree from Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani, Rajasthan in June 2013. His topic of Ph.D research was “Design and Performance Analysis of Contention Resolution Techniques in Optical WDM Network”.  He is having more than 19 years of teaching experience in different engineering colleges & institutes of India, including BITS-PILANI, Pilani, Rajasthan, BIT Mesra, Off-campus Deoghar etc.  He has more than 49 international journal and conference publications in different reputed journals and conferences in India and abroad and 01 book chapters. He also guided more than 08 M.Tech project students and several BE/B.Tech project students. Currently he is working as an Asst. Prof. in the Dept. of Physics, BIT Mesra, Off-Campus Deoghar, Jharkhand. He joined the institute on 21/12/2012.
