The Department of Computer Science & Engineering was established along with the inception of the college in the year 2007. At present only Under Graduate programme are offered. The department has four laboratories, equipped with networked high-end desktop computers with Internet connectivity. CyberRoam™ is available for controlling network and distribution of bandwidth across the campus.These computers are operational in an environment of  Windows or Linux OS, .net, Python, MATLAB, NetSim, JDK etc. Open source application development using PHP, MySQL and Android applications are also used whenever required. The department has a niche flavor towards research and industrial implementation focusing on developing soft computing based utilities, system biology integration, development of recommender system, hybrid intelligence in security, software testing and reliability analysis of software applications, Internet of Things, Big Data Analytics and graph database development. The department’s laboratories and faculty offices are connected with Internet connection. The faculty members of the department are conducting research activities in various domains such as Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, Big Data Security, Soft Computing, Machine Learning, Intelligent Computing, Network Security, and Cyber Securities etc.
