Dr. Peeyush Tewari has done his Ph.D. and M.Sc. from IIT Roorkee. He has also done PG diploma in Industrial Management as well as PG Diploma in Computer Applications and System Analysis. His major research interests include, Ordinary and Partial differential Equations, Mathematical Modeling of Geophysical systems, Heat Transfer, Moving Boundary Problems, Image Segmentation, EAR IMPLANT MODELING (Cochlear Implant), etc. One of his research papers is used as resource paper by Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi, Electronic Course Reserves via Gobbi, 5 - 20136 Milano. He has around 40 publications in various reputed international and national journals and conferences. He also has an international innovation patent to his name. He is also member of editorial board of international Journal of Intelligent Information Processing and Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, Physical Sciences (NASA). He is life member of Indian Science Congress. He has delivered many invited talks and as a coordinator, has organized MOOCS courses of IIT Mumbai at BIT Off campus Noida and main campus.
Dr. Peeyush Tewari is having academics and research experience of around two and half decades. During his career journey, he has served on various academic positions such as lecturer, assistant professor, and associate professor. He has served at various campuses of BIT Mesra which includes, BIT International Centre, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman, BIT RANCHI, International Centre, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, BIT Off Campus Noida and BIT Mesra main campus. Apart from academics, he has also worked on various administrative positions like HOD - Sciences, HOD - Mathematics, In-charge Examination, Academic Coordinator, In-charge Disciplinary Committee, In-charge, Research Coordination, and In-charge Admissions, etc. He has worked as the first Hindi Adhikari at BIT Mesra, Ranchi.
Dr. Peeyush Tewari joined the BIT Off Campus Jaipur as Director (Actg) on April 1, 2022. With a rich experience in relevant Academics, Research & Administration, Dr. Peeyush is leading a team of talented faculty, research staff and students in earning good recognition for the institution as one of the leading quality institutions in the Jaipur. His focus is to help the BIT Off Campus Jaipur students to achieve excellent career growth with solid technical base, personality smartness and good human values.
